Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping, though most times items ship sooner.

If you do not receive your item within 10 days please e-mail me immediately.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a store credit.  (Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to send back.)  The item must be fully intact when returned.  Broken jewelry will not be accepted.  Worn and washed clothing will not be accepted.

Order Status
If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please notify ArtisticCulture@yahoo.com immediately!

Pay via PAYPAL.  It is easy to use, and now you do not have to even be a member to pay with it! 

How to use Online Ordering

Click add to cart for each item you would like to order.  Your items will be added to the shopping cart.  When you are finished shopping click the Checkout button at the top of the screen.  By clicking the View Cart button on the checkout page,  you can proceed with your order.  You can edit your quantities and add or delete items from the shopping cart.   When you change a edit anything, make sure to click update cart.  When you are finally finished and ready to pay, click Secure Checkout.  In the middle of the Secure Checkout page, it says if you are not currently a PAYPAL member, CLICK HERE.  Click there and you should be able to pay.  If you have any other questions about the shopping cart feel free to email us.
